🍳Signature Pan-Fry (4-5 min)
Best for a golden-crisp bottom and juicy filling.
Sear: Heat 1–2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place frozen dumplings flat-side down and cook for 1 minute until lightly golden.
Cover & Cook: Add water until it reaches about 1/5 of the dumpling’s height (approx. 1/4 inch). Cover immediately and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Crisp: Once the water has evaporated and the bottoms turn beautifully golden brown, they’re ready to serve.
🔥Crispy Deep-Fry (3 min)
Preheat oil to 350°F (180°C). Gently place frozen dumplings in the oil and fry for 3 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
♨️Classic Steam (7 min)
Bring water to a boil. Place dumplings in a lined or lightly oiled steamer, spaced about 1 inch apart. Cover and steam for 7 minutes until heated through.
⏱️ Quick Microwave - 1000W (5 min)
Place dumplings on a microwave-safe plate. Add 1 tbsp of water and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat on HIGH for 5 minutes for a quick and easy option.
